After walking towards the front door several times and hearing a humming bird fly away (you can hear them easier than see them), I decided to take a look a closer look at the old nests again.
Lo and behold, the oldest nest had been built up and had 2 eggs in it!!
I do not know for sure if its the same mom humming bird, but I am going to try to get some pictures and try to find out.
